My Look-Alike

This is my oldest son, Steven. Yesterday my husband and I had a meeting at his school to discuss his needs for the school year next year. His math teacher was at the meeting, and it was our first time meeting her. Today when he got home he said that his Math teacher told him, "Yesterday I met someone who looks just like you, your mom!" Poor Steven, he hates to hear this from people, but I have to laugh when he tells me about it. He thinks that, that means that he must look a little "girlie". I'm short on pictures to post since they're all on our upstairs computer and it's not networked to the lap top for some reason right now. What do you think?

There is much more to looking male or female than the shape of one's eyes, the curve of the lips, or the tip of a nose. Steven definitely looks very much like you (he always has) but I've never once thought he looks "girlie".

He will be very happy to hear this from someone other than me, thanks Martha.

LOL! GMJ has such a way with words. :o)

That is a very handsome young man. I can't really tell if he looks like you, but I would trust your sisters' opinions on that matter.

You should tell him that it's actually just that you look "manly"... (j/k!)
