I wonder what the story on this old place is and what memories were made here. How sad and neglected it is now. I love how the sun rays show up so nicely in the photo.
I so wanted to cross the creek or climb the hill and keep walking, but I knew it probably wasn't the best idea. Neither one of us was really prepared for a hike of that kind. Maybe someday Priscilla will take us to Conklin Gulley.
