I just love it when the season changes, because so does my dinner menu. It got up to 64 degrees today, and after not grilling all winter long, I made grilled pineapple chicken.
Even the pineapple goes on the grill with the marinade.
It was super yummy, served with white rice and a salad. :9 Oh how I love spring!

I took Lukie outside for some much appreciated fresh air. It was so nice I decided to let the girls go out too instead of take a nap. I cooked inside and we had chicken in Alfredo sauce with a nice salad.
I took Koty for a nice long walk, which I'm sure he appreciated. I also got to chat with some of the neighbors that I haven't talked to all winter long. It was really nice!

I subbed at Gananda Middle School. I thought of you because of your old house being right there.
Hopefully our old house is being well taken care of. We have so many great memories from there.
